He has an interest in working with with adults and adolescents, assisting them to manage and overcome difficulties related to anxiety, stress, mood disorders, body image concerns, and trauma.
Utilising evidence-based practices, Isaac predominantly employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion to tailor therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each client. Isaac is committed to empowering his clients with practical strategies and skills that support lasting positive outcomes.
