She has a warm, compassionate, and authentic approach and brings humour and playfulness to the therapeutic space in order to build a strong relationship with all of her clients.

Tayla uses a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques. She feels privileged to be able to work closely with individuals to build their psychological skillset and undergo a journey of self-discovery to get through life’s hardest days and cherish the better ones.
